We have a tufted couch that had 1 or 2 buttons that popped off and needed to be retightened. When they started work on it, they noticed the other buttons also needed tightening and called to let us know that they could also fix those, too (to save us from having to call them again for another repair). To top it off, they offer pickup/delivery and also got the repair done in 24 hours! Would highly recommend them to everyone we know and plan to call again when our next piece of furniture needs some TLC.”
